This project is tachometer with the voice alarm .Its measures speed of motor in round per second and show value on LCD , in time you listen
range of motor speed f.e 1st speed 2nd speed or the speed out of range .
Projects bases on Dallas micro controller with ISD1420.
Program is written on C- 51.
