This is digital tachometer . It based on Dallas microcontroller and chip that works like optocoupler.This microcontroller has two internal counters and every round of the ring on rotor the chip sends puls to one of this counters . Program that written on C -51 starts counter
waiting one second and turns the counter off. Then number of pulses we can see on LCD .
